Supportive Care Means More Than Symptom Relief
Who supports individuals between treatment appointments? Present Help © does.
Supportive care helps manage symptoms, improve understanding, advocacy for patient-centered care, reduce distress, and support well-being throughout your cancer journey. Research shows that early and ongoing support can improve quality of life and patient experience.
Present Help © offers care in a way that is intentionally personal. With a limited patient-to-nurse ratio, support remains consistent, responsive, and tailored to your needs over time. Our whole-personal approach is inspired by the Medicine of the Person approach pioneered by the late Dr. Paul Tournier. Each client's care plan is customized to meet the challenges of each stage of the cancer journey, and may include: Care Navigation and Decision Support, New Treatment Education, Evidence-Informed Symptom Management, After-Hours Support, and Emotional and Spiritual Support.
Bridging Technology and Clinical Practice
Who helps translate digital tools into real clinical workflows? Present Help © does.
Many cancer symptoms emerge between clinic visits, often when patients are unsure whether a change requires medical attention. Digital symptom monitoring tools are helping teams identify concerns earlier and support more proactive care. Just as important is ensuring these tools are implemented in ways that truly support patients and busy oncology teams.
